Commission Discipleship Church (CDC) is a nondenominational church welcoming all people regardless of race, or socio-economic standing.
Leslie Williams - Attended Life Christian University and Evangelical University and Seminary and pastored for over 30 years starting each church the old fashion way, by outreach and discipleship! Two of the three churches were named: Christ Bethlehem Church, with locations in Tampa, FL and Reno, NV, the third church was Real Lyfe Church in Carrollton TX. Pastor Les has authored the following leadership courses under the anointing of the Holy Spirit :
"How To Be An Effective Disciplemaker," "Effective Leadership in The Church"
Pastor Les traveled the country prior to COVID teaching the "How To Be An Effective Disciple" Course.
He teaches the Word of God without compromise according to the anointing on his life with power and simplicity for all to understand and apply immediately. Pastor Les is a student of the Word with a heavy baptism in discipleship. He is a leadership developer and prepares every leader to be the best they can be, so we all can speak the same thing as written in 1 Corinthians 1:10.
Pastor Les believes in preparing every member to lead as we are all able ministers that they may recognize their purpose in Jesus Christ for the fulfillment of their call within "The Great Commission" and for the development of disciples drawn to them by the Spirit of God!
Melvin Walls - Moved through the ranks starting as an Usher with New Destiny Worship Center in Gastonia, North Carolina in 2009. In 2010 he became an ordained Deacon at New Destiny Worship Center by Pastor Barber. Two years later on November 4, 2012 he was ordained as a Minister by Bishop Walls and Bishop Tribett at Church of The Holy Spirit.
Pastor Mel and his family moved to Florida September 2017 where he joined New Macedonia Worship Center in Leesburg, Florida. There he faithfully gathered the lost and saved for powerful outreach services and campaigns feeding the attendees as well as provided clothes and back to school items.
After years of faithful service to Pastor Dr. Shelia Smalley, Pastor Mel was ordained as an Elder by January 26, 2025 by Apostle Reaves of Eagle Rock. Pastor Mel is appointed Assistant Pastor of Commission Discipleship Church and will be formally ordained October 11, 2026! He currently works in the capacity of this elevation faithfully and oversees the Evangelical Outreach for CDC.

CDC teaches the power of forgiveness as a central theme in the faith of true believers! Forgiveness promotes spiritual growth and personal healing. It involves letting go of anger and resentment towards oneself or others. Forgiveness can be a difficult process, but it is rewarding and liberating bringing peace to the soul. Every time you forgive, you act like Christ! Eph. 4:32

Salvation is the release from the penalty of eternal separation from God brought by the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ! No one makes it into heaven without accepting/receiving Jesus as Lord and savior! Salvation is the single most important decision one can make in their life. Jn. 3:16

Prayer is communication with the Most High God! This communication is taught as a primary part of receiving instruction, direction and affirmation from God! Prayer is not a multiplicity of words, but a real conversation with God. CDC teaches that we are to pray throughout the day! 1 Thes. 5:17

Jesus commanded us to go ye therefore and make disciples! Recruiting and training and releasing disciples is an integral part of LWM and is the discipline CDC stands upon for without discipleship, the spreading of the word stops! Mt. 28:19

Leaders are not born, they are made, CDC has leadership courses to prepare each person for the times we live in as well as prepare leaders for teaching/preaching of the Word of God!
